Come join us!

If you’re interested in ordination with a relationally connected group of pastors and ministry leaders with whom you can associate and build meaningful relationships through encouragement, prayer, and connection, the APC might just be for you!

There are many online ordination opportunities but the thing that most of them are missing is… relationships.

There’s not a greater privilege than that of serving in vocational ministry, but ministry can also be difficult, discouraging, and lonely. We need encouragement, prayer, and community. When we have those things, it changes everything. The APC is all about relationships.

Being able to provide ordination credentials in the context of meaningful, connected relationships is one of the highest values of the APC and is one of the primary reasons we exist. The APC community of pastors is also a community of friends. We enjoy spending time and having fun together. The highlight of the year is our annual APC General Assembly, usually held in Orlando or Tampa, FL in late January (a great time to be in Florida)! As you explore ordination possibilities, we welcome you to come join us!

Commitments

There are 3 primary commitments that are asked of all APC ordained pastors and ministers:

1) ATTEND GENERAL ASSEMBLY - Because relationships are a high value, we ask that all ordained members of the APC prioritize attending our annual APC General Assembly. We usually meet in Orlando or Tampa, FL on a Thursday / Friday on the 4th or 5th week of January. If you know that you won’t be able to attend at least once every three years, then the APC may not be for you.

2) BE INVOLVED - Be willing to pitch in and help out if and when there are needs as relates
to service and leadership roles, and be willing to engage and connect with members when
opportunities arise.

3) PAY $100 ANNUAL DUES - Be sure to pay your dues each year to help us cover the costs of administration, website, general assembly, annual licensing, and additional possible expenses.

The first step is to complete the APC Application (included in the Resources section of this website or we’ll email it to you if you completing the form below.
